Single Family Homes. Thirty-seven
single family homes will be built on-site at Capitol Park. A mix of one and two story
designs, all homes will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and will be offered to both
market-rate and public housing residents. Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2002
and be complete by fall 2003.
